4.1 Voucher Confirmation — All Sports Betting vouchers on ceria33 are considered valid once the system issues a voucher reference number. Odds display errors resulting from technical disruptions may cause the voucher to be voided and the staked amount refunded. Vouchers confirmed during a technical disruption identified by ceria33 will be reviewed and settled based on the correct odds.
4.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches — If a football, cricket, or other sports match is cancelled before 90% of normal time has elapsed (for ODI cricket matches, before the minimum number of overs has been completed), all winning vouchers for that match will be voided and stakes refunded. Certain markets such as handicap and over/under may have different settlement rules, as specified in the relevant market terms on the platform.
4.3 In-Play Matches — In-play bet slips (bets placed while a match is in progress) are final once confirmed by the system.
